The current chef-owner, Hans has recently taken over the restaurant but many of you in Jersey will know him very well from his past experience at Bistro Rocque in Grouville.
Head chef Hans Hiller, who has been at the Bistro Rocque since 1981 had established a reputation well known across the island. When Bistro Rocque closed, Hans bought the Restaurant de la Poste and is now welcoming old and new guests.
